On April 3, 2014, the Department of Personnel organized a meeting in the first conference room on “the Implement of Beijing Language and Culture University Academic Leave System”, the “Plansto Implement Youth Cultivation in Beijing Language and Culture University”, the “the Implementation of Beijing Language and Culture University Academic Youth Backbone Support Scheme”, the“Appointment Management Measures for Beijing Language and Culture University ‘Silver Scholars’”and the “Implementation Measures for Supporting Beijing Language and Culture University FamousTeacher”.
SecretaryLi Yuming pointed out that “the Implement of Beijing Language and Culture University Academic Leave System” and other series of qualified personnel filefully took the different ages, different interests, different development needs of expertises into account, reflecting that the Personnel Department and other related function departmentshas thought deeplyon the the law of talent development, which was a beneficial practice for the construction of talent team. It mainly reflected in the following aspects: firstly,the law of talent development was respected, and a relatively relaxed environment was created for teachers to enable them develop freely under the principle of self-discipline. Secondly, the selection of talents reflecteda academic thought to solve academic problems, and in the management level reflected that the central management shifted down. Third, it also reflected the spirit of combining personal development and school development, personal profession development and the overall development of disciplines, personalacademic development and team development.
