Deputy SecretaryLiu Wei listened carefully to the employment reports of graduates from all units, and put forwardsix requirements for the next step: firstly, each college should held a special joint meeting to study how to improve the employment of graduates combining characteristics of specific college and majors. Postgraduate training units should improve mechanism of employment and implement responsible person for employment; Secondly, the unites should find out the real situation, and get information of employment situation of every graduate. And they should pay particular attention to graduates with financial difficulties and academic difficulties. For graduates who has not got a job, the related department should give them “one to one” personalized guidance;thirdly, enrollment and vocation guidance office should carefully planning employment activities this semester, and actively explore the job market, constructing a number of employment practice base; fourthly, enrollment and employment guidance office should do guidance work to support college to carry out employment activities, funding in place to ensure employment, a fixed sum is for a fixed purpose; fifthly, related departments should pay attention to the quality of the annual graduate employmentreport, and from 2014 on, all departmentsshould write quality reportof the annual graduate employment and disclosed in a certain range; sixthly, related departments should do statistics work of graduate destination and employment rate in strict accordance with the “four forbiddances” of the Ministry of Education, and prohibit fraud, preventing the occurrence of " being employed" situation.
