In the evening of April 12th, the Chinese and Foreign graduate Singers Competition "The New Voice of the Postgraduates" organized by the postgraduate student union was held successfully in Building One room 209. Ten competitors came into the finals after the one-month elimination competition.
After the fierce competition, competitor number 2 Huo Meiding, a 2014 grade student majoring in Applied Linguistics won the first prize. Competitor number 5 Feng Luoduo, a 2012 grade student majoring in Applied Linguistics and competitor A Nijuan, a 2014 grade student majoring in English Translation won the second and third prize respectively. Depending on the large numbers of the WeChat vote out of the stage, competitor number 7 Shi Junhao, a 2014 grade student majoring in Teaching Chinese as the Second Language won the "Most Popular Singer" prize. The competition ended in the heated applause. This competition has provided a stage for Chinese and foreign postgraduates who love music, and at the same time it also helps to promote the university spiritual development and build a harmonious campus.
